It is all very, very simple. Unless term limits are immediately umplemented in the Baha'i Faith at every level and very soon, the Faith is going to collapse as there is exit by troops on a scale never before seen. It is very near. The people who have run the Faith for the last 30 years in the dictatorship of incumbency are going to be cursed by all mankind for all of human history. Them and their children and their grandchildren are going to hang in all of the worlds of God seven generations back and seven generation forward. Failure is the grestest breaking of the Covenant. These people have engineered failure for us beyond all human comprehension and all human understanding. It is time for everyone to step down on their own honor who have served beyond 10 years on the UHJ, 8 years on an NSA, and 4 year on an LSA. Everywhere in the world. No more than 4 years on any appointed position. Counselors, ABM's, AABM's 4 years and you are out never to hold any position like that again. I hope they enjoy their retirements. Your gone, baby! Read a book. Maybe go out and actually make some new friends outside the Baha'i Faith A.O. straight jacket. People serving beyond this should live in fear. Absolute fear. That they will be disgraced forever in all of human history and their service in the Baha'i Faith will be completely discredited. Even the good ones are going to be eventually be tarred with the same brush. Eveyone looking bad. People who failed the entire humnan race in their neurotic service.
